The Undeposed
by DCDave

Many important witnesses
Never come into play
In the Vincent Foster case.
It's feared what they might say.

Take his weekend company
On that big estate
And the Secret Service guard
At the White House gate.

The Park Police had questions
About the Foster guns,
But not such curiosity
They'd talk to Foster's sons.

Did they talk to Georgetown folk?
I assure you they did not,
Nor folks nearby on Chain Bridge Road
Who didn't hear a shot.

And when he left his office,
Where did Foster go?
They didn't check surveillance tapes;
They didn't want to know.
