Oklahoma was more diabolic.
Whom do we know
Who has that M.O.,
What drunk-with-power alcoholic?

Who sins but never confesses?
Who gets us to pay for its messes?
Who often pulls strings
From behind the scenes?
You shouldn't need more than two guesses.
