Have to know that they can count
On key cooperation.

The one who would investigate
Must be the conspirators' minion,
And there must be complete control
Of the molders of opinion.

Once the crucial roles are cast
They're ready for their fun,
Then all they need is a time and a place
And the deed's as good as done.
